They travelled from Italy to a small studio in east Berlin where they were cut and combined by hand into this one-of-a-kind patchwork dress. The combination of embroidery and lace gives this piece a delicacy that is genuinely rare — two textiles with different patterns and textures that complement each other in a way that feels both natural and considered.
