Some pieces have a life before they become yours. This dress began as two embroidered tablecloths sourced in Italy — one a delicate linen with lace detail, the other alive with colour embroidery. Two very different textiles that found each other in a small studio in east Berlin and were cut and sewn by hand into this one-of-a-kind patchwork dress. The contrast between the lace linen and the colour embroidery is what makes this piece so special — quiet and delicate in one panel, warm and expressive in another. Together they create something that feels genuinely considered and completely unrepeatable. Adjustable ties at the front accommodate a range of sizes. A pocket on each side, because practicality matters. Wear it with leather sandals and simple gold jewellery for a long lunch in the sun. Layer it under a linen blazer for something more considered.
